The RedRoo HV1000 series is an adjustable shock absorber suitable for a wide range of heavy vehicle applications.  
Similar to the HV2000 shock absorber, the HV1000 is a montube design however without the side chamber /reservoir.  Adjustment of the air / gas pressure enables the user to change the rebound characteristics of the shock absorber to suit variable road conditions and loads.  In addition to this, HV1000 rear shock absorbers can be connected to a vehicle’s air bag suspension, enabling the shocks to automatically adjust and sync with the vehicle’s airbag’s pressure.  This unique feature is particularly beneficial when undertaking loaded and unloaded trips, as the shock absorbers adjust with the airbags to suit specific weights, improving the vehicles handling and ride characteristics.

As well as being adjustable, the HV1000 is made from high quality materials and has a number of additional features setting it aside from a common truck shock absorber. The 20mm diameter hardened shaft helps to ensure a robust and long-life product. The shock has segregated compression and rebound chambers and a hydraulic safety lock out, ensuring no metal to metal contact when the shocks are fully extended.  The HV1000’s patented piston valve allows zero aeration and consistent oil flow from the moment a vehicle is driven until the very end of a trip.
